Testing protective effect of exopolysaccharides-producing lactobacilli against cadmium induced toxicity. Characterization of the exopolysaccharides (EPS)-producing lactobacilli; cloning and functional characterization of EPS operons. In vitro and in vivo examination putative probiotic features isolated from homemade cheeses.
